Leonor Sá Machado

CEO

Professional with solid experience in the areas of Marketing, Communication and Social Responsibility, Leonor Sá Machado has always held professional positions rich in responsibility and technical knowledge.

In her executive career, between 1978 and 2013, she was General Manager and Marketing and Sales Executive of important multinational companies in Portugal and Spain Johnson & Johnson, Bimbo Bakeries, Heinz Portugal and Renova Portugal and Spain, being under her responsibility the management of market-leading products and services.

Also as an executive of Banco Espírito Santo in Angola, she represented the third sector in several United Nations meetings in New York, defending the importance of the contribution of private companies in the implementation of CSR projects.

She was elected businesswoman of the year by Revista Máxima in Portugal and was awarded the Rute Cardoso medal in Brazil for her work dedicated to women.

She created TheBridgeGlobal in Angola, in 2012, a CSR and Social Transformation Consulting company of which she is the CEO. Also in Angola, she created the communication agency IMAGINEC4D, which provides Communication Advisory services for Development.

Vilma Pedro

Project Director

Professional with a strong leadership orientation, she has a degree in Human Resources Management, with more than 5 years of work experience.

She began her professional career in education projects for citizenship, having been part of several projects of this nature.

During her professional career, she was a trainer, Team Supervisor and Project Assistant.

She is currently a project manager at TheBridgeGlobal, where she develops and implements Social Responsibility and Citizenship projects.

Mauro Aguiar

Project Director

Graduated with distinction in Work and Organizational Psychology, with experience in behavioral training for work teams, author of the behavioral training program “10 Envolver”.

Passionate about people, especially being part of projects that continuously contribute to the development of personal and professional skills and competences.

Keeping focused and cultivating ideas are premises that keep him dedicated and committed to professional challenges.
